Taurus is mfg some top quality revolvers, most are double action and are well respected.

I have a 22 mag and a 44 special Taurus and have enjoyed them over the years.

Have never owned a Taurus before, but am getting a .357 revolver with 2 1/2" barrel next week. Will let everyone know how it does.

Cool deal then. Can't wait for a range report on that. I have been thinking of a .357 pocket pistol as well... Just sounds painful. :)

I have taken their revolvers in on trades and such in the past, but I have never bought one out right. The ones I have shot were just as accurate as my S&W or Colts. It seems that their service department has a lot of troubles if you do have a problem. Now their 1911's seem OK after you replace the mag springs or mags. I have friends who have them and they run just fine. I been thinking about getting one for a range or target pistol.

I been looking fer a Taurus 1911 in stainless fer awhile now. I have a Taurus Model 65 .357mag 4" barrel but have only gotten to shoot .38specials out of so far but i likes it. Now if i could just figure out which comparable S&W revolver the same size so can order crimsontrace lasergrips for it, & find sum speedloaders too
