Won't get to shoot it until this weekend - but this came in from Bud's on Tuesday :)

A little tricky to completely disassemble the first time, but now I have the hang of it :)

I added the flashlight myself...

16" barrel - the minimum. It's about 1" longer than a PS90 - 27" total

I have velcro on the back of the stock - so ejected cases doesn't damage the polymer. You have to do that with the PS90 as well. If you do it before you shoot the first time, then you are set.

Ok, I went a different way with the optics - I found the stock optic to be too low.

After an experiment with someone's Trijicon RX30 - I went ahead with another Eotech (I have a 511 on my PS90). This time I got the XPS-0 model, however.

I also got some magpul back up sights as a backup to the EOtech. I really wanted to go with a battery free option, but the RX30 wasn't for me. However, the backup sights are good if something ever happened to the EOtech. I also put the front sight on reveresed - so I have more rail real estate. I didn't want the rear sight hanging off when folded down - I found it distracting when I held the gun at cheek weld.

I plan to go shoot it at the end of next week, depending on the weather.

I almost went with the 512 model, but I like some of the features of the new XPS. And, it all fits better on the 9" rail too.

Here are some pics:

You must not be familiar with AUGs. Go rent Diehard 1 :)

Not familiar with them at all,,,and I'm not saying its photoshopped just a odd looking set-up...thats a given,,typically your mag well isn't in the stock, lol

That's because it's a bullpup design.

My PS90 is a bullpup too - the action is in the stock - only the magazine lays across the top of the gun.

Bullpups are nice because they have the required 16" barrel, but they are like the overall length of an AR15 with a 10" barrel. They are very short, and balance better because the weight is close into the body.

There are several bullpup designs for sale, actually.
