Will be on the inbound in the next week,,hopefully have it for my 1st IDPA match on the 24th,,thats what I'm going to use it for

I know a lot of folks that use the 17 for IDPA... I still say a good 'ol 1911 is the best way to go though! :D

They cost more and don't do anything differant,, I got this brand new for 398.00 with my GSSF discount,,gott'a love it

Have to agree, and parts are cheap.
side note, I hate the HALF MOONs, but at least they tried.

I wasn't sure about the half moons til I got it,,I really like them.

Can't wait to see Gen 4 .. being released at Shot Show

Beretta M9's have the half moon rear sight. It takes a minute to get used to it.

Dash I think he was talking about the slide serrations,,,,as for the sights I just had TruGlo TFO'S installed on it today,,they're pretty cool.

Green front Yellow rear...always wanted to try something Tritium and Fiber Optic,,they work good

Ahhh... I see.

Those TFO's do look cool. I want one for my front sight on my carry gun.

They are available for Kimbers
