To the best of my limited knowledge of AR bits and bobs it looks like the housing is missing. Every AR trigger assembly I've seen has been encased.

OK... folks have had a chance to view and take a guess but nobody caught it... so here is the answer...
Look at the curve of the trigger.... front of the gun is to the right....
NOW look at the hammer... it is positioned to swing counter clockwise or in other words...towards the BACK of the gun...

Whoever laid the parts down to take the picture placed the hammer down ~backwards~. The pivot point for the hammer should be over on the right... in front of the trigger, not back behind it...

I'll be damned. He's right. I thought it was just something fancy for a two stage match trigger. That's too fancy for me. I was staring at it like it had three heads on but didn't catch it. Pretty neat CBnL.
