1) All sales are solely between the seller and buyer. The owner(s) of American Gun Owners and/or Captured Arts Media will not mediate or compensate for broken deals or lost money.
a) If you have paid for an item from these classifieds, but never received said item(s) please notified the administration of this site and we'll try to help, but will not be responsible for returning products or money.
b) Fraud WILL be taken seriously and when all else fails ALL local/federal authorities will be notified with all details of the transaction.
2) Asking for bids or best offers is ok, but setting a price including shipping it preferred and the best way to sell.
a) all items up for sale must be properly described. Failure to do so may result in being blacklisted and all things listed under section 1.b of these terms.
3) You can sell anything you want here as long as it is legal.. Know the law, know your rights!
