That is sweet... I've seriously would love to get one. Maybe just the complete lower and start from there. But thanks for the pic.

Nice setup. What bipod is that ? I have been thinking about getting and have the same type of forend.

It is a Rock Mount 6" on a Harris bi-pod adaptor #10 for a normal round forend.

Thanks,
Next Friday, I will have a new floating foreend on it with a proper bi-pod mount. So many choices, but I have picked out the YHM lightweight customizable setup. I like the fact that you get rails where you need them, but still have a smooth surface where you do not need them. Here is the link, it is down near the bottom of the page.

I will be getting it this coming Friday. My scheduling did not permit me to travel to the shop last week. However, in about an hour from now, I will be in "Gun Show Heaven" and may come home with something.....I will keep you posted, and of course, pics will follow shortly.

Well,
Got back from "On Target Gun Shop" in Frackville, PA this evening with some new hardware. As previously mentioned, I picked up a YHM modular free float forend, and while she was appart, had a new gas block / flip up front sight installed too. I like the fact that I can add Rails if I need them for lights/ Lasers if I so choose, but still have a smooth, clean forend to hold onto. Jake the owner is just an awesome guy, and he did it while I waited even with a full store. I love this shop!! Now for the Gun Porn!!:cool2:

now tomorrow, I can get the Eotech off of the big Block O' Metal and back onto the flattop where it belongs!

Picked a Chicom 3-9 iluminated milldot for the Stag just to fool around with at the range. I like the fact that I can just swap out the mounting blocks and go from Eotech to Scope.

I like that flip up front sight. How did you go about removing the fixed sight?

It is just two drift pins and poof it is off. You just have to make sure that it is on straight "indexed"
