I just stopped in a local leather shop in Leola, PA. He now makes gun belts. They are double layer and appear to be bullhide because of the stiffness. I think they have a very good price. I made a mistake and got the wrong size in the brown so they are making me a new one in the right size and just exchanging. They also have very nice leather coats and stuff and my GF loves their leather purses
The black for some reason was $35.00 while the brown was $37.00 (maybe the brass buckle).
The shop will do phone orders

Let them know that I referred you. I would recommend this as a real good belt with jeans and such. I am going to go in and talk to him about dress belts that are not quite as wide. If a girl answer tell her I am the guy doing an exchange for a smaller size on the brown belt

Will do, but for some reason I have my eye on the belt man belts my mind is stubborn like that once I did a little research:logic:

Not really logical. A product you never saw and a wait vs a belt that in an hoiur you can drive to and get cheaper. Now that is logical

the wait is only 3 weeks and the belts look great. Like I said before I would like a Tucker belt with the same stamping as my HF-1 but I will not wait 6-7 months for a belt...3 weeks is nothing compared to Tucker's wait. I will call that local place and see about those belts though and if I decide to get one I will mention your name.

your choice. I went to the Beltman site and it looks just like the one I bought for $35.00 double thickness and same stitching. damn as hard as I am selling you I should get a commission

I bought both the Brown and the Black. here is the brown one I grabbed two different sizes just to make sure because I was not wearing my VMII but an OWB. I am exchanging it for a smaller size. As you can see especially if you can zoom in the one pic shows where he stitches together the 2 pieces right behind the buckle

The stock was getting low but he is making more. call and see what they have in. Let me know when you are coming out and maybe we can get some range time in. It is about 20 or 25 minutes from my range

Oh sure, brag about getting a SMALLER size belt while the rest of us are trying to punch one last hole in our belts before finally submitting to reality and buying the next size up.
Just hackin' on you Wayne. I just started training for the hockey season, so I am a little sensitive about belt sizes at the moment....
The pictures look like a well made piece however.

sad to say the reason for a smaller size was not diet or excercise but I bought it to big just in case I HAD TO
