Range injury...

I posted this over at the BF only because there are more people there so I figured I would get more responses. But somebody:poke:;) pm'ed me and asked why I only posted it over there. So here is my scab from when a hot brass case bounced off the barrier and into my shooting glasses a few days ago. I think I will take TcRocs advice and wear a hat when I go shooting so it will bounce off the brim. Of course I let the hot brass rest against my skin and took the pain while I safely calmly sat my gun down, which was probably not so good of an idea:D

I've got one now. It depends on how hot they are and how bad they burn you. Usually they won't leave a mark unless you pick at it then it will probably leave a mark.

But it sounds more manly when ya say "I took some hot brass to face at the range the other day." :lol:

I agree with Dash on this. Hot Brass to the face sounds cool. But I did want to commend you for keeping your calm and setting everything down before dealing with it. Too many people would start throwing shit around and that's how someone ends up getting shot unintentionally. So big thumbs up to you Bro :logic:

You shouldn't have any noticeable scar from something like that. But use neosporin until it has completly healed.

A scar will give that babyface character and the chickies will think you are a tough guy. Then you can work on getting a tattoo to look even tougher
