Is it me, or does the forum seem to run a little slow?
I was gonna point out some examples, but it pretty much the whole forum.
Am I the only one?

I think he means slow as in loading pages slow...I noticed that too the Beretta Forum seems a lot faster in that respect. Not sure why But I'm sure Dash riprock:lol: knows why....David was so much simpler:Peace!:

This server doesn't have much of a load on it, but I've also noticed a bit of a lag. Nothing terribly slow, but I'll see if the techs can find anything causing things to slow down.

Yeah, Dash Riprock is a mouthful, but it cracks me up... I was gonna change it to Dash Ripglock. :D

How does it load now? I did a little db tweaking and it seems a bit faster to me now.

Whatever you tweaked seemed to help...it does seem a little faster. For some reason the BF is still like 2x faster but maybe they have a faster server? No idea but whatever you did, did make an improvement...:bows:

However you are not at the status below until we equal BF's speed:lol:

The techs didn't see anything causing it to lag, but are monitoring it to see it there's any changes. They restarted apache and mySQL. it seems to be ok to me right now.

I never had a problem with the load but I'm on broadband. On the other hand, no one seems to be writing much lately so it seems bland. No ones writing.

Big boost in speed today, they must have done something...feels a lot faster than last night even after you did the tweaking...a hell of a lot better

PS: Sinatra I also have cable high speed internet...this site was just plain slow compared to the BF but now it's fixed whatever the problem was.

Seems a lot faster to me too and I'm on a wireless connection way out in my studio.
