Problem

When I try to change my profile I get this message can anyone help me here is the message :confused:

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing or mismatched.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

After thought I have email the Admin but no reply so I thought I'd ask here

I got your email, but I guess you didn't get my reply... Here's what it said,

If you are using firefox and are receiving a security token message and/or
are being redirected to a blank page, try this...

If you can get your CP open go into your userCP and under 'Date &
Time Options' select 'DST corrections always on' and see if that corrects
the problems.

If you can't get FF to open it, try IE just get the settings right. If that
still doesn't work let me know and I'll look into from there.

Sorry Mate I did not get your email. I tried what you said and I can get into my profile on IE but still not on FireFox it still gives me the same message

Ooops... Sorry. I somehow missed this thread... What version of FF are you using?

That should have fisxed it.

Hi there I'm running FF3 and I just tried to get into User CP and got the same message :(

I'm going to upgrade the forums today and see if that helps, but if you will go ahead and clear your browser cache that may do the trick. This problem appears to be with FF only. No one has ever reported a problem with IE.

Still doing it in FF.

I tried with IE, seems to work ok. But the message in the status bar at the bottom in IE says "Done, but with errors on page".

Hey Bruce, did you make the changes in your control panel?
