I doubt this one will see the light of day before the election. There have been at least 20 of these "reauthorization" bills put to committee since the sunset. To show how thick these people are, one AWB incarnation listed scope mounted hunting rifles as "sniper rifles" and would have been banned. None of them went forward. The demoncrates know this is a kiss of death for them before an election. If Obama gets elected, which I am not so convinced he will, watchout! The dems and lins have 8 years of payback heading in our direction. But don't get too excited about McCain, he supported the AWB both times.

There's a video of her doing an interview with some reporter who very obviously didn't like her or her little ban idea. He asked her if she knew what a barrel shroud is and she started describing something not even close to it and he just cut her off by saying "No it isn't!"

It's funny, but also scary as hell at the same time!
