Why is it that only the ignorant reproduce in the multitudes?

Hopefully, by the sound of his speech, along with some really un-smart twirling of the guns right over his brain center, he may well, already, have screwed the pooch and wiped out his reproductive center with nothing short of a NSD.. negligent, stupid, discharge.
