Winchester .308 brass
Hornady 168gr BTHP (molly) national match
CCI (large rifle) primers
Win 760 powder (48.6 gr yields 2650 fps)
COL 2.790 (little short to help reduce initial pressure build up)
All brass cut to length with Lee case length gauge & cutter
followed by turning the neck for uniform thickness.
Every load hand weighed.
Hornady seating die used to help ensure bullet is straight through the entire seating process.
Lee factory crimp die used to ensure uniform grip on bullet by case neck.
Where I don't weigh each individual component (brass, primer, bullet, etc..) I do weight the completed cartridges and arrange them in order by weight.
I probably have 90+% with a nice close uniform fully assembled weight with up to 5% (on a bad day) that might be a grain or two outside of a 3 grain average range.
