I have a friend that used to confront officers who were parked in front of his house. They would park in front of his house in order to radar gun motorists on the cross street. The officers would always be parked within 30 feet of the stop sign on the cross street, in violation of the law. So he would confront them. They would usually just drive away.
When he gets to hacking on me, I just call him Gomer and start yelling "Citizens Arrest, Citizens Arrest!"
Fast forward twenty years; he is married with children and would welcome having an officer camped in front of his house nailing speeders.
