The chat script is installed and ready to roll. You can find the link in the top nav bar labled "Chat Rooms". :D

There's a few different rooms in there already, so let me know if any more are wanted.

Now, the classifieds section is coming up next...

About the chat rooms... I've added a section at the bottom of the forums under "What's Going On?" that will display who's usuing the chat.
