Just curious what kind of music every likes and if there's any musicians here and what style, etc.?

I'm kind of interested in adding a "jukebox" to the site. It could have different chennels for various styles. Just a thought though... What do you guys think? Would it be a good feature or used enough to build it?

David funny you mention that juke box here on this site. About 2-3 days ago the thought crossed my mind but then I figured alot of people would say what's the point, we are at our computers so we have mp3's here already. I think it would be great.

I like classic rock the best. Creedence clearwater Revival(CCR),Led Zeppelin, Boston, Bad Company is probably my all time favorite. I also like some of the 90's rock like Stone Temple Pilots, Alice in Chains...So many I forget most of them...dam Margarita's:vomit1::D Basically I like lots of classic rock, rock in general and...well I listen to everything but rock/classic rock just rules:beavisnbutthead::rockin: Sorry bout the rambling I am a lil tipsy and need to go to sleep...

Did you really say "tipsy"?

I like a lot of stuff... Metal..Yeah, I'm too metal for my own good... Rock, classical. I love classical, symphonies, piano and violin concertos. Mozart was the original rock star ya know? :D

Classic rock is cool too. The only thing I don't like is most country and rap. Hank Jr. and Hand III, rocks though!!

I say Everything but rap. My Dad was a musician until he passed away last may. I grew up singing and it's one of the thing I will brag about. I'm good at it. Growing up with a musician I learned to appreciate all kinds of music. Rap isn't music. I don't appreciate it.

Bring on the juke box!!!:violin::beavisnbutthead::rockin::band:

I went to the same HS in Philly that Stallone went to a few years after him. He was still spoken of as an asshole and half wit bully. He showed up to donate the trunks or gloves from Rocky to the school when my younger brother was there and it was the most skipped assembly in the schools history. Over the years I have met others that knew him growing up in Philly and all have a low opinion of him

Deinitely not a Les Paul. Can't tell but it looks like an Ernie Ball Music Man.

Here's my current main player... A Jackson Custom Shop that I had made earlier this year.

Yep Ernie Ball Music Man (AXIS):rockin:
I have a couple of them,I have had herds of Guitars of the years and When the Music Man was introduced that was IT so I bought a couple if them.
Up until then my main was a ESP M1 Custom(discontinued now).

My dream axe way back in the day was a black Les Paul Custom with gold hardware... Les Paul weren't quite as over priced back then, but the only gold hardware on black was the 57 black beauty. Way too expensive just for that. The dealers told me I would have custom order one for about $6k and would take at least 12 months just to see the order.

Skip ahead to about 2 years ago I finally decided to drop the $3200 on the Les Paul of my dreams, since they are made with gold now... I ordered it from Musicians Friend and when it arrived it was the biggest piece of shit I;ve ever seen. Bowed neck, binding glue all over it, pit in the paint, fretboard was filthy, the neck felt unfinished in terms of thickness. Felt like the fat end of a baseball bat... Sent it back and never considered another Gibson.

I have owned many different brands. I bought one of the first ESP KH-2's to be produced. Pretty cool guitars. Fenders, Ibanez, Jackson. I hate Ibanez. I have never been able to see that the big deal with things are.

The Only electrics I have now are Jacksons. My backups are DKMG's that I've tweaked and modified. I modeled my custom shop after them. Once Fender comes back down to earth with the pricing on USA model Jacksons I'll be placing another work order for a few more customs.

The mistake was getting it from Musicians Friend..
I 've had a Couple Les Pauls,Sound was great but I didn't like how much they weighed..
Les Pauls went threw the roof because of a couple select guitar players,,namely Slash,Zakk Wylde and a few others back in the day,,late 80's.
They ain't worth the money to me.
The Music Man Axis costs between 1200.00 and 1500.00 pending finish.
It's a fair price for a guitar I feel is superior for me and my style.
Funny I have actually got a couple other guitar players go out and pick one up after playing one of mine.
I do want to get a old Fender Strat soon.

Well I am not a player but I do enjoy listening. SO I am good to go with anything but rap music and most of this new country stuff. THere are some new counryt songs that are ok. But I really like the old country best. Such as Loretta Lynn, Hank Williams Senior, Marty Robbins, Patsy Cline, ect.

One thing I would like to suggest, if this is put into the works, would be a comedy channel if possible. I love listening to comics and radio comedy such as The Bob & Tom show. But I realize this may not be possible, but it would be a nice thing to have.

Remember Sinatra isn't just music. It's an attitude. Wouldn't mind listening to good ole' Vegas styled lounge music. Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy, Tony Bennett, Michael Buble', Ella Fitzgerald and Diana Krall. I want to marry her. I'd drink her bathwater...she's so fine.

Last time we were in vegas the lounge act at the orleans was off shored poor R&R from the Phillipines and they even did Disco.
