Upgrade options

I've got a stock G34 with adjustable rear sights. Everyone I've talked to "yucks" at the factory sights. What's the best replacements for them and where's a good place to buy Glock parts?

I like adjustable Meprolights on my Glocks. It may make it look like a target pistol but the luminous adjustable sight has it's uses in both target shooting and defensive combat shooting. I've got those on my upgraded Glock 17 and Glock 17L but as for my Glock 26 and Glock 19, I'm satisfied with Trijicon sights.

As another suggestion, I put the "rubber" Decalgrips on it. It sticks to your hand even if you have sweaty hands and it literally sticks to your hands if you shoot with gloves too.
